Wine Club 

Ella's hosts a Wine Club the third Monday of each month. This is a casual discussion atmosphere in which to taste and learn about wine and the wine-making process. Hosted by some of the area's best educated wine professionals, at $25 per person this is a wonderful deal for a night of education and enjoyment

Fresh Fish flown in daily

Chef Lyle changes his menus seasonally to incorporate the freshest local ingredients possible. You will often see him at the Farmers Market buying produce for use in the Ella's kitchen. In addition to the Farmers Market, the Inn maintains an extensive herb and vegetable garden around the hotel.  In the pursuit of ultimate freshness, Chef Lyle ships fresh fish in daily from around the world.  Tasmanian Salmon and #1 Ahi Tuna can be found on the menu regularly as well as the Fish du' Jour which changes daily.  Recent favorites have included Australian Barramundi, Chilean Sea Bass, Opah, Mako Shark, Sword Fish, and Opacapaca.
